Cleaning and Caring for Sunbrella
Regular maintenance is the best way to keep your Sunbrella fabrics looking good and delay deep, vigorous cleaning. Brush off dirt before it becomes embedded in the fabrics, and wipe up spills as soon as they occur. For light cleaning, use a mild soap and water solution and a sponge, allowing your cleaning solution to soak into the fabric. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue and allow fabric to air dry.
| Sunbrella fabrics have been tested to provide up to 98% UV protection, depending on depth of color. Whites and lighter colored fabrics provide less protection than darker fabrics. This protective factor is inherent to the product and will not diminish through use or exposure to the sun. I purchased 2 of these(Burgandy)umbrellas last year & I am thrilled with them!!! When you live in the city sometimes you have to create your own oasis & I have. I live in an upper apartment & decorated my porch to my liking. These umbrellas have shaded me & kept me dry when I otherwise would have been stuck in the house due to the sun/rain. I choose burgandy to match my porch rugs & for the beautifull color. I've had numerous compliments on them too. I am including a picture to show how nice they look. I have choosen to decorate my umbrellas with colorfull single stand chimes on every other rung & on the alternate ends I put hanging air fresheners. They look beautifull when the sun shines upon them & at night when the candles ficker the reflections of the beads. Also a strom quickly came in 1 day with a giant gust & took my neighbors 1 umbrellas down the street & blew her other inside out - BUT mine were still in tact. I quickly was able to get them down & safely tied up til the storm passed. They are very sturdy for most normal winds that blow through here off the lake. But at least I know they'll hold untill I can put them down when bigger gusts occur. Hope this reveiw hepls anyone considering buying these umbrellas. Yes, they r alittle expensive but well worth it!!!

I've bought 2 of these over the winter and the second arrived with a little damage...no questions asked they replaced it and took care of the shipping return and the new. You get to know a company when you have problems...do they deal straight up or take the nickel and run...hay needle took care of me. The umbrella's are nice...no pulley system but I realized I didn't like the strings hanging in my face (old one I replaced)...the fame does seem like a little stronger wood could have been used...hopefully no problems...fabric sunbrella....best their is...

Q1: I really don't need the umbrella itself. I need a heavy duty, substantial wooden 9 ft frame with 8 ribs. Can I get that from you?
A: We do have replacement frames for umbrellas that are 7.5-9 ft. The item# is RE031.
Q2: Do you send out fabric samples and/or where can we go to see them?
A: Unfortunately we do not offer fabric swatches, although your cursor can be placed on the color for a more close up view.
Q3: Can we purchase a Sunbrella canopy only to replace our existing one?
A: We only offer a replacement shade for a coral coast umbrella. The fabric on this type of shade is Solefin, item# RE047 and RE074.
Q4: Do you have 4X4 wooden pole umbrellas?
