A double wind vent does offer excellent air circulation, but you should still lower the shade on especially windy days to prevent your umbrella from tipping.

This umbrella is beautiful and nice and large but in even the lightest breeze it will lift up out of the holder and be carried away. It breaks extremely easily so if yours is on the ground be very careful not to put any pressure at all on the ribs. If I could find an umbrella the same size and color in a sturdier model I would have gotten it to replace mine which broke after 3 days of use. Now we keep it wound down unless we are sitting right there with it[...]

We just got our new umbrella & I can't believe how good I got it matched up to our other patio stuff just from the computer screen. It is perfect in color, size & quality. We didn't realize it before but the umbrella we had was to small for our table. I can't wait to get it all put together. It is going to look soooooooo good! I will try to post a photo when we are finished with it all.

VERY easy to setup, amazing red brick color, looks and feels like the expensive ones...only not as heavy. Large coverage area, plenty high for us tall people. Best purchase in a long time.

I am very happy with our purchase. This replaces a teak umbrella which pales in comparison to the sturdiness of this umbrella which has an aluminum base. The quality of the material is very nice and the size is terrific, offering full coverage of our 8 foot rectangular table.

We wered looking for an umbrella that would give us the most coverage in a rectangle rather than a round style and for the least cost. This was a contrasting color to our patio set but is less obtrusive in the tan color and half the cost. It's tall enough to walk under comfortably without feeling like you should duck. Because the fabric, even though it looks and feels great, is not sunbrella and won't stand up as well, we figured if you don't leave it up all the time you can get a longer life out of it. Invest in a cover for it and it should last. We couldn't be more pleased with it and the delivery was very fast.

The umbrella is very nice. It's fabric is like a khaki type fabric. Not really thick but thick enough. The red is exactly what I wanted. The first one we received had a couple of pin holes in it but the company quickly sent a new one and a call tag to return the first one. I was very pleased with how professional the cust serv rep was.
