A one-piece pole makes the FiberBuilt Bambusa 9 ft. Contract Patio Umbrella a great choice for commercial use. The pole measures 1.5-inches in diameter and is made with heavy duty aluminum cores and a protective, textured fiberglass coating for excellent durability. Poles and finials have an ultra-durable finish that features the look and feel of real bamboo, and includes hand-finished culms and raised notches for an authentic look. Even the finial is designed to look like the raw end of a bamboo pole. Sunbrella fabric makes up the umbrella shade, providing superior UV protection and offered in a huge range of colors. Flexible fiberglass ribs won't break in high winds and they feature a Teak finish so they blend well with the pole. The solid wood hub is 3.5-inches diameter by 5-inches high and features stainless steel hardware. Additional features include molded nylon joints and end tips, single, sewn-in vent, storage ties.

Sunbrella fabric is breathable and water-repellant. If kept dry, it will not support the growth of mildew as natural fiber will. It's easy to clean, requiring simple dusting off and soap and water.



 Sunbrella fabrics have been tested to provide up to 98% UV protection, depending on depth of color. Whites and lighter colored fabrics provide less protection than darker fabrics. This protective factor is inherent to the product and will not diminish through use or exposure to the sun.
