A: Olefin is a weather- and sunlight-resistant durable fabirc whereas the Sunbrella is 100% solution-dyed acrylic fabric. The sunbrella fabric is focused on maintaining the color and resisting fading. The olefin does focus on this aspect as well, but is a much lighter weight then the sunbrella.
