We do not recommend filling this stand with water- please use sand.

The Terrace Shell Umbrella Stand can be used with any type of umbrella pole from 1 1/2" to 1 5/8" width. It is constructed from a durable aluminum construction. The stand comes with a universal mounting fastener that holds the pole securely in place. You can easily fill the stand with sand or gravel to weigh it down and to ensure your umbrella stays put. Choose from a variety of colors to match all types of outdoor furniture. This stand is not designed for free standing applications. It is best when used with an outdoor table. The 15.5 inch stand has a weight capacity of 32 pounds, the 19 inch stand has a weight capacity of 50 pounds and the 22 inch stand has a weight capacity of 85 pounds.

Assembly and Installation Instructions

Simply place your pole (fits up to a 1 5/8" pole) in the middle hole and fasten it tightly with included screw. Fill the base with sand or gravel to weigh it down.

stylish and secure, this has a nice base which really works well with our table. Easy to fill as long as you use non-compacting play sand and a funnel. obviously a bit hard to move after it is full of 50# of sand, but that is what it is designed for. excellent economical choice.
