My patio umbrella and umbrella stand arrived today--exactly on the date I was told to expect shipment. Thank you for your expert customer service. Since this umbrella and stand are Christmas presents for my parents it was imperative that they arrive on time. I experienced numerous problems with my order, through no fault of Jon's, and he went out of his way to see that everything was corrected to a mutually agreed upon solution. I have to say that my purchase of the battery umbrella lights was one of the best I have ever made. I have been searching for these and no one sells them.
