This product has a one-year limited warranty which covers workmanship and material quality. Wind damage, rust or normal wear and tear are not covered under this warranty. We will replace any products if found to be defective within the warranty period of normal use. The warranty on umbrella fabric is dependent on the type of fabric purchased. There is a 1 year warranty on Olefin fabrics and a 3 year warrany on Sunbrella® fabrics. Our customer service department will be able to help you with a warranty claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy! You may return new, unused, and resalable items within 30 days of delivery for a refund; perishable and personalized items cannot be returned. We'll also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error - please contact us within 30 days if this is the case.
