Product Guarantee

This product has a two year limited warranty that covers workmanship and material quality. Broken tilt, cords and cranks are included in this. Umbrella ribs are excluded from this warranty and not covered. Wind damage is not covered under any circumstance. Replacement ribs and poles can be purchased for non-warranty related issues. Sunbrella has a three-year warranty against fading, Suncrylic and Olefin have a one year warranty. We will replace any products found to be defective within two years of normal use. Only specified umbrellas are designated for commercial use and warrantied for commercial use. Non-commercial umbrellas used in a commercial setting will not carry a warranty.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy! You may return new, unused, and resalable items within 30 days of delivery for a refund; perishable and personalized items cannot be returned. We'll also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error - please contact us within 30 days if this is the case.

Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Visit our Automated Returns Center, and we'll guide you through the quick and easy return and exchange process.

The design of the base is like nothing I have seen in big box stores, and sets the standard for functionality and easy care. The surface is smooth to wipe dirt off and has "feet" so it does not scratch my wood patio. I love this unique sunburst design and decorative solution for an umbrella stand.

Very elegant design, and easy cleaning. Light enough to move around the patio (for now, we are using this umbrella stand alone, without a table). Good value for the price.
